Prior to joining with a former colleague to establish their own Project Management and Building Consultancy company in 2000, Donald spent over 10 years in charge of the building consultancy operations of local independent and international property consultancy firms. Highlights included command of the Scottish Transport Regiment and the award of an MBE for leadership in national logistic planning for operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Originally from Chennai, India, Josephine began her career in the UK in 1995 in the specialty of obstetrics & gynaecology before moving to pursue her ambition to work in public health.
